What countries does Closet Creature sell/ship to?
At the moment, we only ship to the United States. We may be shipping to other countries later in 2026.
What ages are Closet Creature clothes for?
Closet Creature is designed for kids ages 4–11 and up. Our styles are made to grow with your kid’s personality and keep up with their everyday adventures.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking out our Size Guide before ordering. If your child is between sizes, sizing up is usually the best move for comfort and longer wear.
How long does shipping take?
All Closet Creature items are printed on demand, just for you.
Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for production and standard fulfillment
- 3–7 business days for shipping
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
Why are items made on demand?
Printing on demand helps reduce overproduction and waste. It also means your order is created especially for your kid, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
What materials are used?
Our shirts are made with soft, durable fabrics (typically cotton) designed for active kids. Each product listing includes detailed fabric information so you know exactly what you’re getting.
How should I wash Closet Creature clothing?
For best results:
- Wash inside out
- Cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
This helps keep colors bright and creatures looking their best.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for size or color changes.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
