Shipping Policy

All Closet Creature items are made to order, just for your kid, which means production takes a little longer than shirts pulled off a shelf. Here’s what to expect:

Processing time

Orders are printed and prepared for shipment in 2-5 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. All together, plan on about 1-2 weeks from order to doorstep.

Where we ship

Right now we only ship within the United States. We’re hoping to expand beyond that in the future, so keep an eye out.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect address

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll sort it out. If the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, the courier may return the package to our production facility, and we’ll follow up with you to reship it.
